We roast in small batches at our warehouse in Kansas City metro and ship weekly to guarantee roast freshness. Most orders arrive in 3-5 business days, maybe a little longer if you're at the far corners of the country.

The continental 48. If you're outside the lower 48 and want Post in your kitchen, send us a note through our contact page and we'll see what we can work out!

Keep the bag sealed, somewhere cool and dark like a cabinet. Grind whole bean right before use if possible for best flavor.

Every single origin lists the country, region, farm or co-op, and process on its product page. We source through relationships we've built over years — Levi and Katie have visited many of these farms in person — and we partner with the same producers season after season when we can. Our blends draw from those same relationships. Check out the journal for more.

If a bag isn't what you hoped for, email info@postcoffeecompany.com and we'll make it right.

Our third distinct lot from Kathia's farm, this is our first Natural processed coffee from her in the last 8 years.

Cloza Estate

Cloza Estate is a 4th-Generation family farming and micro mill operation located in the Naranjo and Alajuela regions.  Dedicated to growing and processing specialty coffee since 1970, they produce microlots in three family plots.

Kathia, a young mother of two boys, is passionate about honoring her legacy, while looking towards the future to ensure her kids fall in love with coffee from a young age, just as she did.

Since 2001, Kathia has managed the farm, and under the watchful eye of her parents (Clodoveo and Jeannette) she has improved the quality of their coffee by planting new varieties, and updating facilities and processing techniques.
A long-time member of the IWCA- (International Women Coffee Alliance - Costa Rica Chapter), she continues to serve on the Board of Directors. Her farm obtained the Women Care Certification, representing the family commitment to supporting the empowerment of women in the coffee industry.
