We roast in small batches at our warehouse in Kansas City metro and ship weekly to guarantee roast freshness. Most orders arrive in 3-5 business days, maybe a little longer if you're at the far corners of the country.

Keep the bag sealed, somewhere cool and dark like a cabinet. Grind whole bean right before use if possible for best flavor.
Every single origin lists the country, region, farm or co-op, and process on its product page. We source through relationships we've built over years — Levi and Katie have visited many of these farms in person — and we partner with the same producers season after season when we can. Our blends draw from those same relationships. Check out the journal for more.
