We roast in small batches at our warehouse in Kansas City metro and ship weekly to guarantee roast freshness. Most orders arrive in 3-5 business days, maybe a little longer if you're at the far corners of the country.

The continental 48. If you're outside the lower 48 and want Post in your kitchen, send us a note through our contact page and we'll see what we can work out!

Keep the bag sealed, somewhere cool and dark like a cabinet. Grind whole bean right before use if possible for best flavor.

Every single origin lists the country, region, farm or co-op, and process on its product page. We source through relationships we've built over years — Levi and Katie have visited many of these farms in person — and we partner with the same producers season after season when we can. Our blends draw from those same relationships. Check out the journal for more.

If a bag isn't what you hoped for, email info@postcoffeecompany.com and we'll make it right.

This Catuai microlot is produced using an anaerobic natural process, with freshly harvested cherries fermenting in sealed tanks for approximately 36 to 48 hours before being carefully dried in thin layers. A slow drying period of up to 28 days allows the coffee's complex flavors to fully develop while preserving balance and clarity in the cup.

At Finca El Jardín, fourth-generation coffee producer Mario Samuel Mejía is constantly exploring new ways to express the character of Honduras' Montecillos region. While grounded in generations of coffee-growing tradition, the farm continues to embrace innovative processing methods that showcase the remarkable potential of its highest-quality microlots.

Located between 1,650 and 1,750 meters above sea level, Finca El Jardín combines exceptional growing conditions with a deep commitment to sustainability. Mario works alongside a dedicated team of permanent employees while supporting additional local families during harvest season. Organic fertilizers created from coffee byproducts and experimental agroforestry practices help improve soil health, conserve water, and ensure the long-term vitality of the farm.
