Over two hours, you’ll learn:
How to pull/dial-in a proper shot of espresso using The Daily, our flagship espresso blend
The mechanics and technique of milk steaming
How to combine both into a balanced, café-quality latte
Each participant will craft their own drink during the class and leave with a 12oz bag of The Daily to keep practicing at home.Held at our Post Broadway location, this class is perfect for home baristas, aspiring professionals, or anyone who has ever wondered if they have what it takes to make your own drink
