Guided by our wholesale team, you’ll explore a lineup of single-origin coffees, learn how professionals approach blending, and experiment with your own combinations in this special Valentine’s Day edition of our roasting class. This 90-minute experience is designed to be shared—each guest will craft their own custom blend to take home, enjoy an espresso martini (or café drink) made by a James Beard–nominated mixologist, and snack on fresh cookies along the way.
