Designed for the true coffee nerds, this immersive Premium Cupping Experience takes you deep into the world of quality evaluation and sensory analysis. Join us inside the Post Coffee Company warehouse for a guided, professional-style quality control cupping—the same process our roasting team uses to select coffees, identify defects, and understand each coffee’s unique potential.
Over the course of this structured tasting, you’ll learn how to identify key flavor notes, compare processing methods, and recognize the attributes that separate good coffees from exceptional ones. We’ll explore coffee science, sensory language, and the techniques professionals use to score and analyze coffees around the world.
To wrap up the experience, each participant will choose their favorite blend from the lineup and take home a freshly bagged 12oz coffee. (An optional upcharge is available if you’d like to take home a single-origin instead.)
