Over two hours, you’ll taste a premium competition-level coffee prepared in the three formats used in barista competitions:
Espresso — exploring taste and tactile descriptors
Milk-based beverage — how sweetness, temperature and type of milk impacts the beverage
Signature mocktail — a creative, competition-style drink highlighting complexity and flavor innovation
