Meet Levi

Hello everyone! I wanted to take the time and introduce myself here. My name is Levi Holland, and I am the co-founder and co-owner of Post Coffee Company. I started in the coffee community in 2005 as a barista and have professionally owned and operated Post Coffee and Goat Hill for the past 10 years, first as our green coffee buyer and production roaster, and now as the general manager of all things Post Coffee. 

I have always been behind the scenes and I wanted to find a way to share the stories of this company, our shops, and the particular little corner we occupy in this global and local industry. I will be posting once a week, rotating through stories, products, people, and overall industry topics. It's an opportunity for me to tell stories with intent and purpose, for the sole purpose of sharing them with you.

On a personal note, I love being "Dad" to my daughter and son, and a partner (both life and business) to my wife, Katie. I love reading books, journaling, playing pick-up sports, running, cooking breakfast, and playing music. I enjoy deep and meaningful conversation, celebrating others, knowing that when others see and realize their own potential, they are better and they make the world better. I'm here for it.

I look forward to sharing this journey with you, as we pull back the curtain on our purpose and intent behind Post Coffee. I hope you find a deeper connection with these people, places, and stories behind and beyond the daily cup of coffee we all enjoy, and see the humanity behind it all.
