The continental 48. If you're outside the lower 48 and want Post in your kitchen, send us a note through our contact page and we'll see what we can work out!

Keep the bag sealed, somewhere cool and dark like a cabinet. Grind whole bean right before use if possible for best flavor.

Every single origin lists the country, region, farm or co-op, and process on its product page. We source through relationships we've built over years — Levi and Katie have visited many of these farms in person — and we partner with the same producers season after season when we can. Our blends draw from those same relationships. Check out the journal for more.

If a bag isn't what you hoped for, email info@postcoffeecompany.com and we'll make it right.

Bale Farm

The Bale farm is in the southeastern Ethiopian Highlands located at 1800-2200 masl. Its proximity to the Shebelle River and forested mountains gives it a unique ecological environment with a great deal of shade trees. Again, we use drip irrigation and sprinkler systems with a rich forest soil that is high in volcanic and organic matter.
